I made an official complaint using the Coinbase form case #03398296 on December 10, 2020. 1099 were due on 1/31, if you were a contract worker, investor etc. Per IRS, "If payments to a participating payee exceed $20,000 and exceed 200 transactions within the calendar year they must file for that participating payee." So seems like you could do a bunch of $6 k transactions and totaled $20k, they need to send you the 1099.
